So...Much...To...Do...

The past couple of days have been insane. I have had tons of homework and I have three test tomorrow. Our band (including my best friend) are in San Antonio for the state marching band competition. Senior night was on Friday and we won in the last ten seconds -thanks Jason- again!!! The pep rally was amazing. The senior footballs players danced to "Crank dat" by that Soldier Boy guy (that is totally not he spells his name). On top of all this I am working on my brother's Eagle ceremony. I have so much to do, but so little time. (isn't that always the case!)

I really shouldn't be writing since I have so much to do, but everyone needs a break. (According to my dad, people who take breaks are "losers". He says this whenever my brother takes a break from homework or scholarships.)

Tueday, the day after Monday but before Wednesday

When I got to school today, I noticed everyone was wearing red and some people even had red duct tape over their mouths. I eventually found out that it is National Pro-Life day. At least that is what the kids at school told me...
I also went to the doctor this morning during first period. I got the flu shot and the 2nd HPV shot. the HPV shot hurt so bad. I could feel the pain traveling down my arm all the way down into my fingertips. It felt like someone was slowly pulling off my fingernails, but leaving the very end of the nail connecting to the skin so everytime I touched anything with that hand, my hands hurt all over again. Luckly that only lasted for an hour or so.
I got an e-mail from a website that I had submitted an essay to for a scholarship. I only made quater-finalist, but I am so proud of myself. A link to my essay is here. I think it could only be 500 words. I didn't even think my essay would get all the way to quater-finalist. I am so proud.

P.S. This week is Red Ribbon Week!! "Drugs are bunk."
